Return & Refund Policy – House of Ricky Tasha

At House of Ricky Tasha, we value our customers and strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We offer a 7-day easy return policy with the option of Coupon Refund / Exchange / Monetary Refund (where applicable).

📌 Important: Please take an unboxing video of the package before opening it. This is mandatory for processing returns.

Eligibility for Return

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a defective/damaged product (verified and accepted by us after due inspection), you can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery via the “Return Your Product” section on our website.

Our team will respond to your request within 24–48 working hours.

Mandatory Return Criteria

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused with all original tags intact.

  • Original invoice, packaging, and tags must be returned.

  • No scratches, deformities, or damage to the product.

  • Embellishments and decorative parts must be undamaged.

  • Any free gifts received with the product must be returned.

  • For bundled or promotional packages (e.g., Watch Bracelet Stacks, Bracelet Sets, Love Stacks), all items from the set must be returned.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you. No refund or exchange will be processed in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Scratch & Dent Sale items.

Return Process

Step 1:
Go to the Return Your Order section on our website and raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, ensuring all mandatory criteria are met.

Step 2:
Our Customer Care team will review your request within 24–48 working hours and arrange a reverse pickup.

Step 3:
Pack the product securely (preferably in the original House of Ricky Tasha box) to avoid transit damage.

  • Products damaged during return transit will not qualify for a refund.

  • Missing original black box packaging will incur a deduction of ₹99 from the refund amount.

Step 4:
Hand over the parcel to our pickup agent.

Step 5:
The returned product will take 7–10 days to reach our warehouse. Refund/Exchange/Coupon issuance will be processed after inspection.

Refund Options

Once the return is approved, you can choose from:

  • Coupon Refund – Store credit for your next purchase.

  • Exchange – Replacement with another product.

  • Monetary Refund – As per your original payment method (processing timelines may vary).
