Shipping Policy – House of Ricky Tasha

At House of Ricky Tasha, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your products.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).

  • Standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for orders below ₹999 or for COD orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to reflect.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes within India.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

  • Orders with COD will be shipped only after phone/email confirmation.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • House of Ricky Tasha will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is unavailable.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and pictures at ricky.tasha@yahoo.com.

  • Claims without unboxing proof will not be processed.

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
