Are all pieces ready to ship?
Most pieces are made-to-order, with limited ready stock available during festive
seasons or exhibitions. Each product page will mention availability.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom sizing, color changes, and even full outfit redesigns.

How do I know my size?
Please refer to our R Standard Size Chart mentioned in every product listing. If
you’re still unsure, reach out with your measurements—we’ll assist you personally.
What if my size isn’t listed?
No worries! We can make your outfit in any size from XS to 4XL or tailored to
your exact fit. Extra charges may apply for sizes above 3XL.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we offer PAN India delivery via trusted courier partners. Shipping charges (if
any) are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship outfits dispatch in 2–3 days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14
business days, depending on the detailing.
Can I expedite my order for an event?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. WhatsApp us immediately
after placing your order to check express availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, GPay, bank transfer, Paytm, and all major cards via secure links.
COD is available on select items.
Do you offer return and exchange for purchased items?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a
Coupon Refund, Exchange, or Monetary Refund (as per eligibility). Please note:
an unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return. For more details, refer to

How do I care for my outfit?
Most pieces are best cared for with dry cleaning only. We also recommend storing
them in breathable garment bags.

We work out of Patna and Noida by appointment. Visit us during exhibitions or
